This is the ideal role for a Senior Validation Engineer who has
previous project experience and has a background in End to End project
delivery from concept through to commissioning, qualification and
validation.
As ENG Bauen continue to support clients across Ireland and mainland
Europe this is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Validation
Engineer to step into a long-term contract position with a client
investing heavily.
The position:
* Senior Validation Engineer
* **Apply on the website** month client side
* Provide technical support to the process and analytical groups and
will include thermal mapping validation support.
* Preparation and review of Qualification protocols (IQ, OQ, PQ)
* Preparation and review of Requalification protocols.
* Execution of thermal mapping activities, including Controlled
Temperature Units, Autoclaves, dehydrogenation ovens.
* Analyses the results of testing and determines the acceptability of
results against predetermined criteria
* Investigates and troubleshoots problems which occur and determines
solutions or recommendations for changes and/or improvements.
* Works on own initiative to maintain adherence to schedule of
activities.
The ideal applicant for the role:
* Engineering or scientific background.
* Equipment Validation and sterilisation Validation.
* Strong technical writing and oral communication skills.
* 4 years? experience in a similar role.
* Experience in a GMP environment essential.
* Use and operation of Kaye Validator **Apply on the website** data
logger (or equivalent) is an advantage
* Demonstrated knowledge in pharmaceutical / biopharmaceutical
technical / manufacturing operations, with experience of successfully
delivering technical projects.
